16 of 16 people found the following review helpful. Crazy By Brenda Tashia Wow, this a bizarre read to say the least. I was hooked from the first chapter. Bm Hardin has a really twisted mind and Polo proved it. Sassi and Eddie marriage was on the rocks and Eddie best friend Polo made everything worst. When secrets from the past comes to light, and affair happens that should of never taken place. Polo took things to another level showing how far he'll go for someone he loves. As well as finding out some people betrayed you in the worst way. That ending shocked me and left me confused, I can't wait for part two so it can shed light on some things.

She never disappoints with her writing ability and I love the reference to one of her other books titles in the beginning. If you have followed her work you caught that one too. This book deliver from page one until the end and you will be on edge just as I am waiting for the next installment. I don't want to spoil is read for anyone that wasn't read it, but who can be trusted in this story. Everyone seems to be hiding some type of secret or dirt. All I can say is you will not be disappointed with ant of her books, but this one is a must read. Write fast sister because I have to know how this is going to end.

I am in this space because I know that cheating on your spouse goes against the God given marching orders included in the marriage vows. Forsaking all others, etc., etc. I was totally in hate and condemnation mode for Sassi and Polo and conversely in sorrow mode for Eddie. But then I read where Sassi actually tried to get her husband to understand their bedroom problems but was repeatedly brushed aside, both she and her problem. Then I get to the part where Polo seems to be the one cheated upon. How you say? He lets his best friend know where his interests lie in respect to laying his sights on Sassi way before Eddie made his move on her. My heart started to crack as Polo laid the foundation on how it was he and his instructions to Eddie that led to their eventual marriage.So now I am slowly getting to find good ole Eddie totally distasteful and have a creeping desire to have Sassi hook up with ole sorrowful Polo. This is the gift that B.M. Hardin brings to the table of intriguing romance. She presents us with a puzzle, all the pieces scattered and broken, leaving the reader to drop their original preconceived notions and re-think their total moral compass. Will you retain your prudish ways of seeing just how a marriage should be or will you revise your way of thinking? The table is set, food prepared and now you are left to choose the dishes on your plate which will awaken your palette of moral senses. But, alas! We readers will have to go through a maze of twists and turns before we can even attempt to form a rational opinion about the final conclusion.The author has laid the foundation, put the dialogue into the mouths of her characters, inserted a great amount of drama and intrigue but leaves the final verdict up to you. How will you solve the dilemma she has purposely created? Will you land on the side of political correctness or will you venture out into undiscovered waters? Which character will retain your loyalty? Which character will you wish to have disseminated? Will your moral compass remain truthful in its predisposed purpose, or will you find it has been broken and its original purpose has been compromised?Such is the focus of this read! It will have you think! Ms. Hardin has proven time and time again, that she is not here to put her supporters in a zone of supreme comfort! Oh, NO!! She does not desire your blind groping in the darkness! B. M. Hardin wishes your sight to be illuminated with excruciating light in order for you to form and make decisions outside your heretofore comfort zone. This author leaves you panting, WAITING, WAITING, WAITING for the release of book 2 in this very extraordinary read. I SIT, I SIT, and I SIT - waiting with my co-readers - as we pant together awaiting our release from the cage of dissatisfaction. This prison of unfulfilled desires to know the end of this intriguing saga. A cage of dissatisfaction to which the warden - B. M. Hardin, holds the key! Until that time, I Sit, I Pant and I Wait!
