I think if the paragraphs flowed better, the story would have read better By Barbara Mahan the story was interesting, but the paragraphs were short, choppy and did not flow well. It took me a bit of time to get through the book because it just did not flow well. I think if the paragraphs flowed better, the story would have read better.

This book doesn't read like a "first book".A good story teller leaves you wanting more and I do. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the adventures of Alex. She sometimes seems too good to be true, but isn't that what you hope for with the heroine of a book? This book is a great start to a series of what I'm sure will be some amazing and almost unbelievable adventures....I can't wait to find out more about Alex and her family and friends that have gathered around her.
