Lucy sets out on the quest her mother gave her. To carry out this mission she must revisit many places that don't hopld the best of memories for her. She seeks answers and help from one who onced helped her mother. The adventure continues and the reader isleft wondering, will Lucy ever find peace. Not Martin Luther peace, but the peace that shows real happiness and contentment. I think she needs her Henry Mancini and David Cassidy love too

By Sashimoto I just can't get enough of this series - the story sucked me in from the beginning, and now I gobble up every book as fast as Ms. Twomey can write them. I hope this series never ends! Thankful By Angelina Marie I've been waiting for years for Madisen's poetry to be tangible, in a way I will always remember long after social media fades. I am so glad she has come so far in her life and I am so glad Eighteen Years is a part of mine. It'll always be something to carry me through every rough situation and I am thankful I have the privilege to keep this book with me for the rest of my life.

I finished it in one reading because I simply could not put it down. The way the poems were written & the lessons I learned really hit home. My heart went through happiness while reading, but it also ached. Many tears were shed over this reading, but I plan to read it again and again and again. This is officially my favorite book & hope for many more written by her.

By Aminuts I'm never too impressed by "novellas" because they just don't satisfy my thirst for the full story. I didn't think I would like this one at first because it gives the technical things a princess must know and do, but even they grew on my. Then, it's over. and I'm surprised once again how disappointing that is. I will watch for Ever After and hope Aya Ling comes up with a full length book just so all the pieces can come together cohesively. I'm happy it is in Kindle Unlimited because I never (well almost never) pay for novellas. So, Aya and Amazon, keep up the good work making your readers happy.

Kat and Edward, not yet officially engaged, travel to the country to see his cousin. Kat continues to feel awkward in her new role as Princess, and continues to deal with others trying to get Prince Edward for themselves. Kat, who behaves like and impulsive 17 year old, also keeps trying to push her modern ideas into the society. I think the writing is clear, the editing well done and the story an interesting take on the fairy tale. I look forward to Ever After coming out next year.

This was one of the absolute best new adult books I have ever read. She totally nailed that first love, angsty feeling. Add to it that Jax an Liliana were raised about as far away from normal as you can get and you get an emotionally and hormonally driven romance for the ages.Liliana"Lil Bit" Nesbit is the product of a rock roadie and a straightlaced woman who deserves more. When she goes out and gets it, she saddles Liliana with a distant stepfather to add to her distant dad collection. The one stable thing in her life is the son of her dad's on again, off again lover, Annie Blue, She and Jax connect and are the best of friends until it goes too far.Jaxson would do anything to get his Lil BIt back, including using his music as the ultimate apology. When Nails and Annie finally decide to get married, Lil comes home and Jax hopes for a happy reunion.Watching Lil and Jax reconnect and work past all the misunderstandings and hurt was so bittersweet. There is so much love there and all the time wasted. Ugh just heartbreaking. There was also a lot of personal growth throughout, which made it super easy to get lost in the story. I would love to see more of these two in the future. We'll have to see what Lux has in store for us next.

By MetalMom I poured through the pages of this book with the unadulterated fervor of a toddler on Christmas morning. The story blossomed and unfolded with each swipe of my finger making it nearly impossible to put down. I closed my Kindle Cover with a book hangover that couldn't be measured and an intense stab of anger at myself for bookgasming too quickly and not savoring the story over the course of a few days instead of a few hours.It is so eloquently written that the characters practically jump off the pages and come to life right in your living room. Each one has its own distinct personality, down to the colorful their names. I loved them all. Many times a romance heroine is seen as trite and boring, but that is not the case with Lilly 'Lil Bit' Nesbitt. She is every bit the fierce little pixie the author paints her out to be, and someone I enjoyed getting to know. In addition, Jaxson Blue is every girl's fantasy - a sexy bad boy with a heart as big as his attitude, and the rockin' abs to match.This is my first time having read a Vivian Lux novel, and I will continue to do so as her stories are a true work of art.

By Robin Lee Matt Shaw knows how to write horror novels that shock you from the beginning to the very end....They are hardcore and not for the faint of heart..There is some sex, violence, shock and lots of gore......This story alternates back and forth in time to tell the two stories that flow easily into one.....Shane is nursing a broken heart and he is looking for ways to mend it.....For you and I they maybe a little strange but I think it's going to work it's self out in the end....Even if it takes him a span of years...Just hope you don't have a brother as a sibling.......

By Dawnzilla If you get nothing else from this book, know that following anyone to his car is a bad idea.Sam and Sophie plan a date. They are to meet at a restaurant, but when Sam runs late, Sophie heads outside. A seemingly nice guy runs into her and makes her drop her phone. He feels horrible, and offers to pay her for the damage, but wouldn't you know it, he doesn't have any cash on him.Sophie follows the man to her car and her life is never the same.In true Shaw style, you really have no idea what to expect in this book. Not as gruesome as his black cover books, The Farm still has a bit of gore and uncomfortable moments that horror fans will love.

By Horror Author Shaun Hupp Matt Shaw has a certain style of writing and this novella highlights a lot of his skills. The author has a knack for keeping the action heavy and evenly spacing out the backstory in flashbacks. He also tells the story from different perspectives which I liked. His villain has a very different way of choosing his victims and it will all eventually make sense as you near the end. I loved the way he tempted and tortured his victims. Some scenes were gory, but I wouldn't say they were over the top or near the level of some of Shaw's other work such as his Black Cover Collection. And for the fans, there are a few little Easter Eggs here and there.I can't recommend this author enough. Grab this one and grab a few more. They're addicting.

Clean Regency Short Story By Fran G This Regency short story is about a young woman who feels pressured to accept a duke's proposal of marriage despite the fact that he is more than a little scary. Before the wedding takes place, however, she is kidnapped "by the duke". Which duke? After all, there aren't too many dukes around, really. Well, don't want to give the plot away, but suffice to say, there is a challenge in regards to who is entitled to the dukedom.There is little time to develop the characters, and the action is fairly fast-paced. This a clean story, without sex scenes, but with little romance, either. It reads more like a rough draft than the finished product, with language which seems more modern-day than Regency at times, but overall, not a bad story. Just don't expect Georgette Heyer.

This is another book in the "Walking in the Rain" series, but from a different perspective. David Metcalf is trying to survive after the lights went out and the aircraft circling the Dallas and Forth Worth metro area fell to earth. The conflagration is only one part of the problem; people are running out of water and food and willing to kill their fellow man to get it. The story follows another group trying to recover from a devastating event. I enjoyed the interactions between the characters and David's sense of humor. The story is fast paced and ended way too soon;) wish to see more from this group after they arrive at their destination!

Excellent character development and the storyline just keeps you reading. An eduction on survival so read - enjoy, learn, and save some more food.

By grammyshere MC Allen has written an amazing first book in the Walking in the Rain world of his brother Will Allen. MC takes the story of David Metcalf, a survivor trying to make it to the Messner compound, into a journey of rediscovery. David is a really cool guy and I like seeing him fleshed out along with "his kids". He is a teacher but so much more with long forgotten soldier skills and his own personal demons. MC doesn't hesitate to show how difficult the journey is, the inner thoughts of David and some of the large challenges faced by his new family. As David says, "My morals were very clear. My family comes before all else." The book is full of suspense, survival, humor ("crap, I really need to pee."), conflict, and action. I congratulate MC on a wonderful first book and I look forward to many more great reads.
